P E R S O N A L
I teach a vinyasa flow which links postures, movement, and breath with awareness principles and strong alignment focus. I incorporate ashtanga, kundalini, partner yoga, chanting, contemplation of scriptures, deep relaxation, and meditation as is appropriate to the practitioner. I have led prenatal, special needs, beginner, intermediate, and advanced students in classes of 5 to 60 students.

As a private instructor, I work closely with each client to design a program which specifically addresses their physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual concerns. In all teaching, I emphasize increasing vital energy, concentration, awareness of well-being, and self-acceptance.
